陈军 副教授

1. 个人简介:  

陈军,北京大学医学部基础医学院生物化学与分子生物学系副教授,博士生导师。先后主持4项国家自然科学基金面上项目并参与科技部“973”课题和重点研发计划等研究课题。在PNAS,Cell Death & Differ, Aging Cell, Aging等国际期刊发表衰老相关领域SCI论文10篇。


2. 研究方向与领域:

主要研究方向:细胞衰老的分子机制和小分子化合物对衰老的干预。

衰老的分子机制研究主要聚焦于衰老相关分泌表型(senescence-associated secretory phenotype, SASP)调控、端粒酶复合体组装和活性调节、p16等细胞衰老关键基因的表达调控、RNA结合蛋白在细胞衰老中的作用等方面。衰老的干预研究主要聚焦于小分子化合物在延缓机体衰老和预防衰老相关疾病中的作用。
