王海英副教授

1. 个人简介:

王海英,博士,北京大学医学部生物化学与分子生物学系,副教授,博士生导师,主要研究蛋白质翻译后修饰、DNA损伤修复和表观遗传调控在肿瘤和衰老中的作用机制。在国际主流期刊发表研究论文20余篇,包括Cell Reports, Science Advances, PNAS、Nucleic Acids Research、Oncogene, Theranostics,J Biol Chem,Mol Cell Biol,DNA Repair等。作为课题负责人主持科技部973子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、北京市自然科学基金面上项目等多项研究工作。曾获2009年度教育部自然科学一等奖(第四完成人),2011年度中华医学会科技进步二等奖(第三完成人),2016年北京市科学技术奖二等奖(第八完成人)。授权专利2项。


2. 研究方向:

(1)蛋白质翻译后修饰在肿瘤与衰老中的作用机制;

(2)表观遗传调控参与肿瘤发生发展的分子机制;

(3)DNA损伤修复在肿瘤发生发展和治疗中的作用机制
