张宇 副教授

张宇,北京大学医学部基础医学院生物化学与分子生物学系PI,博士生导师。一直从事肿瘤和衰老的表观遗传机制研究,课题涉及核心转录因子、DNA/组蛋白密码子、染色质高级结构在细胞命运决定与重编程中的作用机理。研究内容包括:鉴定调控肿瘤和衰老发生的表观遗传分子机器,挖掘细胞功能紊乱的表观基因组特征,开发单细胞分辨率、多模态、可扩展的高通量实验体系。近年来,作为第一作者和责任作者在Nature Genetics,Molecular Cell,Cell Death and Differentiation,The EMBO Journal,Cell Reports,Cell Death & Disease,Journal of Biological Chemistry等学术期刊上发表论文。

2. 研究方向与领域:

基因转录的表观遗传调控原理及其失调节引发癌变、衰老和其他细胞功能紊乱的分子机理。研究课题聚焦于DNA 和组蛋白修饰、转录因子调控网络、染色质高级结构和3D基因组在肿瘤重编程、细胞分化、衰老和死亡等密切关联的病理生理过程中的驱动作用机制。开发单细胞分辨率和单分子水平的高通量实验体系也是近期的研究重点之一。
